Boies Schiller Flexner
Boies Schiller Flexner is a pioneering law firm with a reputation for representing clients in landmark cases, including United States v. Microsoft and Bush v. Gore.
Despite the firm’s reputation and successful track record, its digital presence was outdated and failed to reflect its identity. Boies Schiller Flexner embarked on a mission to update its digital brand while striving to gain more traction in its business development efforts. The firm needed an intuitive and easy-to-use solution to accomplish its goal—to deliver the requisite front-end presentation and functionality, along with back-end content management. The firm stipulated additional requirements, including speed and adaptability, to lessen the likelihood of frequent updates. Plus, the solution had to address Boies Schiller’s business development demands.
RubyLaw partnered with a third-party creative studio to implement a simple, streamlined look that put the Boies Schiller Flexner brand in the spotlight. The design solution stripped out unnecessary distractions. Meanwhile, the RubyLaw CMS platform supports the desired user experience.
With RubyLaw, Boies Schiller Flexner can present its people and expertise front and center while supporting business development activities with features like “My Binder.” This feature allows users to add pages to their binder (like a shopping cart on an e-commerce site) as they review the site and then print, save, or share the contents as one complete file. PDF downloads are also available throughout the site.
The site even helps attract recruits through a robust Careers section that features the schedule of on-campus events.
