Introducing RubyLaw Express!

For more than 10 years, we've successfully implemented RubyLaw for approaching 50 law firms. Our cutting-edge Content Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform has evolved from being a website engine, to a scalable, modular hub at the center of the legal marketing technology stack. Marketers and business developers of law firm services rely on RubyLaw to power their websites, manage experience content, automate proposals and pitch documents, ensure the integrity of their digital experiences, and more.

While no two law firms are the same, the market for RubyLaw’s offerings has traditionally been exclusive to the Am Law 200—or, simply put, the largest operating firms.

Until now.

Today, we’re delighted to introduce RubyLaw Express, a cost-effective, all-inclusive marketing technology platform that powers websites, manages experience data, automates and creates compelling proposals and pitch documents, and ensures the integrity of digital content for growth-minded law firms.

What is the difference between RubyLaw and RubyLaw Express?

In terms of the technology behind RubyLaw and RubyLaw Express, there is absolutely no difference. Both offerings are built on an open source technology stack, including React, Node.js, JavaScript, and Linux.

The distinction between them, though, is that RubyLaw is entirely custom-built for specific clients; meanwhile, RubyLaw Express utilizes primarily best practices pages, enabling our engineers to reuse components that vary minimally from implementation to implementation.

Take, for instance, a search results page. While the brand system, including fonts, colors, and graphics may differ from page to page, the elements and experience are similar, i.e., visitors expect to see ‘search results’ on this type of page.

What this translates to is a unique front-end experience for website visitors, and a faster, less-intensive development process, ensuring that the quality of a RubyLaw offering can now extend to firms with smaller budgets.

The bottom line

RubyLaw Express is a leaner version of RubyLaw, making it possible for teams with smaller budgets—but big ambitions—to operate with increased efficiency, to make data-driven decisions, and to perform on-par with larger organizations.

If you have previously wanted to implement RubyLaw, or have colleagues that have decided against it on account of budget, please consider RubyLaw Express for your next website, proposal, or experience content initiative.
